My journey into wellness began not through a textbook, but through a mother's determination to help her daughter.
When my daughter, Diamond, began experiencing severe seizures, I found myself searching for answers beyond what I already knew. That search led me to study nutrition, food quality, body chemistry, and the connection between lifestyle and wellness.
What started as a personal journey eventually became my life's work.
I was raised in a traditional Hmong family where food, farming, and herbal traditions were part of everyday life.
My parents were farmers, and many of the lessons I learned about growing food, preparing herbs, and caring for family still influence my work today.
These early experiences taught me that wellness begins with what we grow, what we eat, and how we care for one another.

My daughter's health journey changed the direction of my life.
Over many years, our family navigated seizures, hospitalizations, therapies, specialists, and countless questions. Through every challenge, I remained committed to learning and searching for ways to better understand health and wellness.
That experience deepened my passion for helping other families who are searching for answers.

In 2022, I was introduced to Reams Biological Theory of Ionization (RBTI).
As I studied and trained in body chemistry analysis, I gained a new framework for understanding how food, hydration, digestion, and lifestyle habits influence wellness.
Today I am a Certified RBTI Body Chemistry Analyst and continue to study and apply these principles in both my personal and professional life.

My work eventually led me back to the soil.
Nature's Holistic Farm in Saint Paul, Minnesota serves as both a food source and a living classroom where I grow vegetables, herbs, fruits, and traditional Hmong healing plants.
The farm represents the connection I believe exists between healthy soil, healthy food, and healthy bodies.
Today I help women better understand their bodies through wellness coaching, body chemistry analysis, nutrition education, and practical lifestyle guidance.
My goal is not to create dependency on experts. My goal is to help women gain confidence, understand their body's signals, and become active participants in their own wellness journey.
